  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture and mix well.
