  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
  8. Stuff each ball with mozzarella cheese and seal.
  9. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with remaining melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic and parsley.
