- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
