- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add salmon fillets and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

- Return salmon to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with fresh basil, and serve.
