Tuscan Salmon and Shrimp Cream Skillet

A delightful Tuscan style dish featuring salmon and shrimp in a creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add salmon fillets and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Italian seasoning; cook until spinach is wilted.
  6. Return salmon to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with fresh basil, and serve.
