Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  2. Add the drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  4. Serve over cooked egg noodles.

Notes

  • This dish can be topped with parsley for added flavor.
  • For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
