- 2 pounds chuck roast
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
