Taco No-Bake Cheesecake Bites

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; mix until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form crusts.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  5. Fill each crust with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
