  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, pineapple chunks, and garlic.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  6. Last 30 minutes, add the slurry to the crockpot and stir.
  7. Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
