Summer Fruit Salad

A delicious and refreshing summer fruit salad that combines a variety of fresh fruits to keep you cool on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves and honey if using.
  3. Gently toss everything together to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for extra refreshment.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any of your favorite seasonal fruits for variations.
