- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place stuffed shells in the baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Make ahead by assembling the shells and refrigerating them before baking.
