  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by boiling it until the leaves are flexible.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then add onions and garlic and sauté.
  3. Mix in ground turkey, rice, tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Cook until turkey is browned.
  4. Wrap the mixture in cabbage leaves and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour additional sauce over rolls and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
