- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the cabbage head in water for about 5 minutes until leaves are softened; remove and let cool.
- In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then add ground beef until browned.
- Mix in the rice, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully lay out cabbage leaves and fill them with the beef mixture, rolling tightly.
