- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (6 oz) package strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sliced strawberries.
- Pour strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
