- 9 cannelloni pasta tubes
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the cannelloni pasta tubes in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cannelloni tubes with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed cannelloni on top of the sauce, then pour the remaining sauce over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some Italian herbs on top before baking.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
