- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 pound chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add half of the chicken ham on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chicken ham.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the mixture over the layers in the slow cooker.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken ham, cheese, and sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
