- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
