Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak and Potatoes

A hearty and comforting meal that combines tender Salisbury steak with flavorful potatoes, all made effortlessly in a slow cooker.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  2. Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth, brown gravy mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the potatoes.
  4. Place the patties on top of the potatoes and cover the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For additional flavor, consider adding mushrooms to the gravy mixture.
  • Serve with a side of green beans for a complete meal.
