- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
- Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth, brown gravy mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the potatoes.
- Place the patties on top of the potatoes and cover the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
