Slow Cooker Mini Meatloaves and Potatoes

Easy and delicious slow cooker mini meatloaves paired with tender potatoes make for a comforting family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. Place the baby potatoes around the meatloaves in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour ketchup over the meatloaves and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the meatloaves are cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
