  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  4. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese over medium heat until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and mix with the chicken and honey garlic sauce.
  6. Serve immediately topped with additional Parmesan if desired.
