Slow Cooker Ground Beef Potato and Bean Stew

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the browned beef to the slow cooker along with potatoes, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
