  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ears corn, cut into halves
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chopped turkey bacon and cook on high until crisp.
  2. Add in garlic butter, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir in shrimp, corn, and potatoes until well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender and shrimp is cooked through.
