- 2 pounds beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
