  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain.
  2. Add the potatoes, diced tomatoes, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
