  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet gravy mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and return it to the gravy.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes.
