  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and top with turkey bacon.
  2. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and mix it with the sauce. Combine with the cooked pasta.
