Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the potatoes, corn, and sausage to the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Place the lemon halves and butter on top.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, add the seasoned shrimp.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning.
  • You can also add other seafood like crab or crawfish.
