- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 1 small head green cabbage, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir in the onion, garlic, thyme, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
