  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it. Stir to coat.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. In the last hour of cooking, add the broccoli florets.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry and add it to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
