- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then gently remove the cabbage leaves.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- In a bowl, mix beef, shrimp, rice, sautéed onion and garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each cabbage leaf with the mixture and roll tightly.
