- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 12 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the crawfish, crab, and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, paprika, and white wine; simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Mix in the heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
- Toss the linguine with the seafood sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
