  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Stir in crab meat and heavy cream; simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese; stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Toss fettuccine with the seafood sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
