- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups crab meat, fresh or canned
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the seafood mixture, half of the mozzarella, and some marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, remaining marinara sauce, and mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
