- 2 pounds beef steak
- 2 sweet bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the beef steak on all sides.
- Place the beef in the crockpot along with the sliced bell peppers and onion.
- In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper; pour over the beef and vegetables.
