  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins, filling each cup about halfway.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before removing from the tins.
