  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Pour half of the mixture onto the crust and spread.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries into the remaining mixture and pour over the first layer.
  7. Pour remaining mixture on top and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set; let cool, then chill in the refrigerator before serving.
