Potato Balls with Chicken Ham, Mozzarella and Herbs

Delicious potato balls filled with chicken ham, mozzarella, and a blend of herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, basil)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chicken ham, mozzarella, and fresh herbs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Dip each ball in the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder to the potato mixture.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
