- 1 pound Polish sausage
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Layer the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion over the potatoes.
- Place the Polish sausage on top of the onions.
- Pour the sauerkraut over the sausage and season with caraway seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
