Pepper Steak Fried Rice

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add in the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
