  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Top with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberry sauce before serving.
