Ingredients
- ½ cup Blue Gatorade
- ½ cup Mountain Dew Baja Blast
- 2 packages Knox Unflavored Gelatin
- ½ cup boiling water
- Optional: Whipped cream & cherries for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil ½ cup water and dissolve 2 packs of Knox gelatin. Stir until fully dissolved.
2. Add ½ cup Blue Gatorade and ½ cup Mountain Dew Baja Blast, mixing thoroughly.
3. Pour the mixture into small cups or molds.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
5. Optional: Top with whipped cream and cherries before serving.
Notes
- For a lower-sugar version, use Diet Mountain Dew Baja Blast and sugar-free Gatorade.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
