  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until turkey is browned.
  4. Stir in peas and corn, then remove from heat.
