Loaded Potato Slices

Delicious loaded potato slices topped with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and slice them thinly.
  3. Arrange the potato slices on a baking sheet and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and top with cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  6. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve topped with sour cream and green onions.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding spices to your seasoning mix.
