  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and mix well. Refrigerate until a bit thickened.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  5. Layer the cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker crust.
  6. Top each layer with the set orange gelatin mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
