  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
  • 2 cups shredded low-fat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook until beef is browned and veggies are tender.
