- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
