- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned.
- In the crock pot, combine the cooked turkey, turkey bacon, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
