  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 8 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  3. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar; stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns.
