- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound sausage, casings removed
- 1 head cabbage, leaves separated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Add sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
