- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Mix in the cooked rice and turkey bacon; stir well.
- Top with chopped green onions before serving.
