  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling the potatoes in a large pot until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  3. Add the minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Then, add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash them with heavy cream and parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the creamy parmesan mashed potatoes, garnished with parsley.
