Garlic Butter Cajun Seafood Boil

A delightful and spicy seafood boil infused with garlic butter, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the salt and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add the corn and sausage, and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the pot and return the seafood and corn to the pot.
  5. Pour garlic butter and lemon juice over the seafood, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with extra lemon wedges on the side.
